Marielle graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and pursued a duel degree and received a B.S. in business administration and B.A. in dance education (K-12). She was a member of the UNCG Spartan G's Dance Team, where she served as a captain for three years.

Marielle then took her talents to Washington, D.C. after achieving her dream to become a professional NBA dancer for the Washington Wizards. Throughout her duration on the team, she was rewarded as Rookie of the Year, performed at the NBA 5v5 in Chengdu, China, the ALL P-R-O dance convention in Atlanta, Georgia, and Pro Action in Las Vegas, Nevada. Marielle also coached the WNBA Washington Mystics's youth dance team, Mystics Mayhem, and the NBA Washington Wizards's youth dance team, The Wiz Kids. She was a judge for Adrian Carroll's 2018 National HBCD Cheer & Dance Competition and performed with artists such as Sugar Hill Gang, Todrick Hall, and Tag Team.

As a fitness instructor, dancer, content creator (and avid tik-toker) Marielle  is always on the move. She teaches different dance styles to movers of all ages in the DMV area and choreographs for different dance programs. She has a passion for performing and loves opportunities to share her knowledge and experiences in the dance world, in hopes to inspire others. She's always willing to help other movers utilize this art form as an outlet to express themselves without boundaries, like dance has done for her. "All you can do is be your best self. I've always felt that I had to be that much more aware of how I present myself. I'm representing

more than just me. I think every

person should think that way."
